All prices that is give are in SEK and inclusive VAT but excluding freight cost. We reserve us against price increases that could happen.

We have no minimum order quantity or amount. You can shop as little you want please note that freight cost will be added.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS - Payment with credit card
We can only offer credit card payment for customer outside of Sweden.
Payment can be made with VISA or MasterCard. We cooperate with PAYPAL they are a certified credit card payment provider. When you make you purchase you are transferred to Payson and their payment server have full security like SSL-certificate and the new standard 3-D secure. After payment you will get back to our web site.
PAYPAL keeps high safety and security and are PCI-certified by Trustwave which is an international organization for secure e-commerce. All online traffic is encrypted by SSL 128-bit and all transactions are based on the banks own 3D-secure technology.
DELIVERY TERMS
You will get your products in 5-20 days depending on the destination country. During high season it could be a bit longer delivery time, but we will handle your order as soon as we can.
The products are shipped with UPS/DHL or other transport provider if needed. You will get a notice via post or mail about your delivery.
Transport responsibility
Returns
You have the right to return the products from that day you reive the goods until 14 days. The customer must pay for the cost of the return. You could change to something else or get the money back. The goods have to be returned in original packing and the goods cannot be used. If you want to make a return you have to inform us in forehand by mail : [email protected]. We do not take back SALES/OUTLET products.
After we have received you return we will control the goods before we transfer the amount back. Refunds are transferred to the customer's account, the refund is made within 30 days after T.Herman received the goods.
Damage during transport
T.Herman Interior cannot take responsibility for damage that occurs during transport.
If any item has been damaged during transport, please contact the transport providor.
Unclaimed packages
All packages that are not collected will incur a fee of 350kr incl. VAT, the fee is to cover expenses for transportation and administration. The fee must be paid within 14 days. Late payments will also incur a reminder fee of 50kr. Any refunds will be made within 14 days after the fee is paid.

Force Majeure
T.Herman is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to a factor as described, including: agency action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, strikes, fire, flooding, chaotic weather, sabotage or accident of significant size as well as telephone or electricity interruptions. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions, warnings, ban on sale, etc.

Min order amount:
The first order should have a min order value of 500 EUR ex VAT and we expect the yearly purchase to be ca 2000 EUR ex VAT. Individual evaluation can take place.
Prices to end customer:
We have fixed selling prices in Sweden – outside of Sweden you can set your own prices our price stands as a reference price

The web shop works as a normal web shop were you easily can choose the products you want and pcs
Prices in web shop:
The prices in the web shop are your purchase price – NOTE for some countries this are shown in local currency and can be a difference if you get an invoice in SEK – depending on payment method – we will inform you accordingly

Products not available in web shop:
If products are sold out, you will not be able to place an order on the item – what you can do is to register a reminder – you will then get an e-mail when the products are available in the warehouse
Change products:
If you have placed a wrong order on items, contact us and we will see if we can find a solution
Reclamations:
